In the spring of 2006, we stumbled upon the deserted part of the old village of Abdelli. When we started clearing the bushes, we were positively surprised to discover that the wild vegetation hid century-old terraces. A man from the village later told us that these lands used to be vineyards. Over the last ten years, around 4,000 vine plants were planted and more are expected to be planted in the near future.
Watered and sun-drenched, our vineyards have made the promise of a great wine. We paid close attention to the terroir and chose the exhilarating voluptuousness of red. Oenology is much more than a simple science, it is art, and wine is a true passion. With the help of our experts, we take great pleasure in contributing to the slow metamorphosis of the grapes and to this exquisite alchemy that transforms our must into a delicious wine.
